Finnish Technical Support Agents -Ireland
We are currently recruiting Finnish speakers for a multinational Technology company in Ireland.
Job Description
You will provide technical support and customer service to consumer customers in Finnish and if possible in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish. You will be required to follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as quickly and effectively as possible, recognise more complex problems and escalate accordingly.
Previous call centre experience is an advantage.You should also have a high level of computer literacy and a good knowledge of hardware principles.
Good communication and the ability to work under pressure are necessary.
