At Studentwork, we are looking for a travel-ready Junior project engineer for our client, Power Mining. Your first location is in Gothenburg, Sweden. The position is full time and permanent employment for the client through Studentwork.

As a Junior Project Engineer, you participate in site project management together with the rest of the team. The projects consist of a wide range of different drilling, investment, shotcreting works and various reinforcement works. It is not necessary to manage all of these in advance - the work is supported by a responsible foreman and a project manager, who help the project engineer to learn about the field and tasks. Here is a great opportunity for a person in the early stages of their career to get to work with a skilled team of 20 people! Main tasks Project management and scheduling of rock construction sites in cooperation with the project manager, the responsible site manager and external stakeholders
Reviewing environmental and quality issues
Financial monitoring of projects and procurement preparation

We are expecting Degree in construction
Good IT skills (MS Excel)
Proactive and creative attitude
Language skills in Finnish, Swedish and / or English. You can communicate with a Finnish-speaking work team and communicate with various stakeholders mainly in Swedish or English.
Travel readiness
Previous relevant experience will be considered to your advantage
