· Firmware and system architecture
· C-programming
· Python language
· Bare metal and RTOS based firmware design
· RTOS in battery operated systems
· Test driven development (unit testing)
· Automated build-toolchains
· Continuous integration workflow
· Debugging firmware on driver level and RTOS level
· Low power design and debugging
· Peripheral interfaces and communication protocols
· Wireless communication stacks such as Zigbee, Bluetooth, BLE, WiFi
· Embedded devices in the AWS IoT cloud
· RFID standards: ISO 7816, ISO/IEC 14443, JCOP.
· Low power wireless communications in battery operated systems
· Bootloaders and bootloader architectures
· EMC strategies for hardware/firmware designs
· ARM and AVR RISC architectures
· Software project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Gitlab
· Agile software development
· Embedded Linux
