MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the in-depth Network Element technical support for the RNC / NodeB / MWR or related equipment in the Network Operation. Correct RNC / NodeB / MWR faults and performance degradations in the managed network Responsible to involve the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance processes Responsible for co-operating with the technical support of 3rd party equipment Focus on reporting REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Nokia equipment NodeB, RNC and AXC. Some experience in operating telecommunication networks. Some experience in team building. Some experience in communicating with different groups/teams.
