Food and Beverage

Disneyland Resort Paris includes 2 theme parks (Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park), 7 Disney hotels, (ranging from Value to Four Stars Deluxe, 5800 rooms), 2 convention centres, one 27 holes golf course, the Disney Village entertainment complex, 56 attractions, 55 boutiques and 68 food and beverage outlets.

The recruitment for Spring and Summer this year will be held in Åbo, Finland in the Nordic countries during April 2009.

We are looking for Hosts and Hostesses who speak both English and French for the following areas:

Food and Beverage:
Banquet: Service or Set-up.Previous banqueting experience is required.
Bar - Previous bar experience necessary.
Culinary (Kitchen) - Culinary diplomas or experience required.
Table service - Prior table service experience mandatory.
Counter Service- Sales, cash handling, food preparation and restaurant cleaning.

Contracts:
Permanent full time open-ended contracts (35 hours/week) all year round
Seasonal full time contracts (35 hours/week) starting in May, June & July

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old upon commencing contract and should be friendly and service-oriented.A good working knowledge of French and English is required in order to apply.In order to sign a contract with Disneyland Resort Paris, all candidates have to be an European Union citizen or should be in possession of appropriate French work permit.

Employment conditions:
Salary:
From 1321.05 euros monthly gross salary (full time, 35hrs/week)
Meal cost:
2.00 to 3.50 euros in the company's cafeterias
Transportation: Public transportation between home and work ("Navigo") reimbursed monthly up to 65%.
Costume:
Provided and cleaned by the company, for duration of contract.
Round trip ticket:
Travel costs between home country and France reimbursed up to a maximum of 76.22 euros for long term contracts and 152.45 euros for seasonal contracts.Proof of payment required.
Housing:
We can assist with housing in accommodations reserved for Cast Members (monthly rent of 259 euros for shared accommodation).A deposit of 200 euros is required.This deposit will be fully reimbursed at end of stay if no damage was done to the apartment.
Social Security:
Preliminary registration done by the company (details will be given to you upon arrival).
We advise non-French citizens to inquire at their local authority (ie.Social Security) about medical insurance coverage.
Work Schedule:
Cast Members must be flexible and willing to work day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
