Hilton Stockholm Slussen is looking for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Shift Leader with an extra focus on our conference and events guests. You will be part of an international organization with the possibility of an international career. Hilton is one of the world's largest hotel companies with over 6000 hotels in more than 100 countries. Hilton Stockholm Slussen is a full service hotel located with a view over the old town. In addition to the 289 guest rooms and large meeting facilities, we operate two F&B outlets and our auditorium as an event location.

You are a natural leader that leads by example, builds, and maintains effective relationships with the Team and Management. This role will have an extra focus on our conference and events business reporting to our Assistant F&B Manager.

Provide and ensure great guest service in our different F&B outlets and conference in line with Hilton service standards
Take ownership of the Floor during Shifts in collaboration with the kitchen.
Be flexible and adaptable; staying calm and focused under pressure.
Be embedded in the daily operation to drive team performance and to lead by example at all times.
Provide exceptional organizational advice and guidance to the team on the floor.
Assist in training and development of the F&B team
Ensure effective communication within the team as well as with colleagues from other departments by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
Qualifications – What are we looking for:
Experience working within a food & beverage department in a larger hotel or similar. Beneficial with experience from working with conference and events.
You might be ready to take on your first supervisory role or have worked in a supervisory role for a few years.
A hotel management/service degree or similar is beneficial.
Able to communicate in both Swedish and English.
You enjoy a flexible working schedule including a mix of evenings and daytime as well as weekends.
You need to already have work rights in Sweden to be considered for this role
Starting date: Preferably April 2022
