Job Summary
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the Accelerator Lab of Marketing Services in our Lund site, acting as a growth partner for our customers, supporting them in achieving sustainable profitable growth by fast prototyping during product development phase and providing technical support in materialising their ideas from beginning to end.
You will be part of the Customer Experience team in Lund, which hosts Tetra Pak customers and prospects from all over the world.
This is a temporary position for 1 year with possibility of turning into a permanent position. You will be located in Lund, Sweden. Some travelling will be required.
What you will do
As our Food & Sensory Scientist, you will be accountable for all activities around food product prototype development at the Accelerator Lab.
Main responsibilities:
Adhere to Food Safety protocols without compromise.
Design, Execution and Document Food product Prototypes experiments and Sensory tests at lab and mini-UHT
Maintain & work towards improving SOPs for Analytical Testing, Sensory, HACCP and GMP for Food Prototyping
Responsible for the design of customer (sensory) testing sessions (Travels may apply)
Actively contribute to Accelerator Lab’s operation and maintenance including inventory management and supplier relationships.

We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in Food science, Food Technology, Dairy processing, Dairy technology, Food & Nutrition or Biotechnology is essential. Master’s degree is not required but will be considered a merit.
Minimum 5 years’ experience from working in a position related to product development and quality assurance or minimum 3 years’ experience with a Master’s degree.
Knowledge of food safety principles.
Strong interest in Food Science, Food Processing, Food creation and flavour science is considered advantageous.
You are curious in learning more about how to process different kinds of food.

Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
