Forecasting & Sales Analysis Specialist

For General Motors Nordic in Stockholm (Marievik), Adecco is searching for a Forecasting & Sales Analysis Specialist.You will be part of the Sales Operations team, reporting to the Forecasting & Sales Analysis Manager.For the right person this could be an opportunity for a future carreer within general Motors!Your tasks will mainly be analysis of market trends, movements, competitive activities and overall economic situation by country.Further tasks & responsibilities .Reporting on market situation (Opel, Saab, Chevrolet & competitors) .Developing market forecasts, long and short term for each product line..Tracking performance of company products (review stock/order situation), daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly .Support the review of marketing action campaigns .Maintenance and development of sales statistical database, also per dealer and per market area .Maintenance of an accurate database on country specific issues such as fiscal policies of Governments economic trends in the region .Co-ordination with Distribution, Marketing Communication, Dealer Network Development group, and BDMs in daily work .Deputizing for other Forecasting & Sales Analysis Specialist if necessary Qualifications required University or College degree or equivalent as well as fluency in English and good PC knowledge (MS Office, MS Access) is required. Your personal skills will be carefully considered.Excellent analytical skills, interest in numbers/economics and statistics and good presentation/communication skills is required.Also, we believe the right candidate is a good teamplayer and well-organized.Recent graduates are welcome to apply!Your application is handled through Adecco.
