However, in fluid flow and thermal simulations (CFD), is where the main growth of this market is seen. Validus Engineering AB is the Nordic distribution partner for CFdesign since 2002 and we are now expanding our activies. For this reason we are looking for a sales representative. Your background would typically be M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar with knowledge in product development with an interest towards sales and marketing (experience preferred). Basic knowledge in a 3D CAD system such Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor and/or Pro/ENGINEER is considered a bonus as it is within these three systems CFdesign has the majority of customers. Most important is of course people skills, and the ability to understand what our potential customers' needs are by understanding their development processes. CFdesign is all about fitting into the development process; which is a key differentiator to more traditional CFD tools. As we are the Nordic distributor above-average skills in spoken and written English is required as well as Swedish. Finnish is considered an extra merit. In addition, knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite is expected. The position offers lots of customer and potential customer interaction, travels throughout the Nordic region, collaboration with our technical team and the chance to work with one of the most exciting softwares in the industry.
