Since our start in 2017 we have provided smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people - where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one vision: to improve the world’s financial health.

So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. New markets, new tools, new products and new ways of improving people’s financial lives. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for a FP&A Manager!

What you will be doing

As a FP&A manager you’ll take full ownership of our FP&A activities and support the business and our finance domain as we expand products and services globally. You will develop and be responsible for our management reporting, financial planning and budgeting, as well as ongoing business controlling activities. Aside from that you will also be given the opportunity to build our FP&A team as we continue to grow!

And there is more to it :) additionally you’ll

- Evaluate profitability, financial performance and unit economics, plus evaluate the financial consequences of growth initiatives.
- Continue to build our FP&A processes.
- Support in funding processes.
- Partner up with and support senior stakeholders across the organization.


Who you are

To succeed in this role we believe that you thrive in an environment where you need to be highly independent in your approach and not afraid to try new things. We also believe that you are a great problem solver with data analysis skills and have a genuine interest in the financial performance of companies and what drives it.

Moreover we would like to see evidence of the following when we review your background:

- BSc or MSc in a business or technical field from a top university.
- +5 years of experience within FP&A, Business Controlling or Analytics (financial industry or fintech is a plus).
- Outstanding skills in Excel and experience in BI systems, data analytics and data warehousing.
- Experience of SQL or similar and a background in financial planning systems is a big plus, but not a must.
