Job description Our unit is responsible for all hardware design in base stations for the GSM, WCDMA and LTE standards.The unit is also responsible for the manufacturing cost of these base stations in close cooperation with the Node organizations and Product Area Base Station.The organization consists of a office, system management and I&V, and several different design areas.We are located in Lindholmen and Kista.Our department is responsible for the release and design of radio units, as well as the system design of radio subsystems for wideband radio, including LTE and WCDMA.We are looking to strengthen our capabilities in fault-rate analysis and are looking for a Fault Rate Analysis Group (FRAG) leader to join our department.FRAG is a cross-functional team with responsibility for ensuring a high degree of product quality.This is done through the ordering, structuring and analyzing of data presented by repair and production, and developing ways to reach the quality goals stated in the governing scorecards. As FRAG Leader you will be the chairman of the FRAG team, a team consisting of a wide mix of such technical areas as digital design, analog design, production technique, and so on.This role will include responsibility for the FRAG setup, establishing efficient ways of working, and logging and reporting activities. Qualifications and Competence Master of Science Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic qualifications.You have very high analysis capabilities and an excellent knowledge of statistics.You are experienced in radio hardware design, analog production and digital design.You have very good leadership abilities and communication skills.You are fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
