About this position
We are looking for a French and English speaking technical consultant who will work in one of our customers service desk. The perfect candidate for this open position will be fluent in French and English and have a great knowledge in computers and computer peripherals. It is not necessary that you have prior experience in the field but you need to have a thorough knowledge in computers, networks and peripherals.

You will be working with technical IT-support concerning software, hardware and enterprise systems. In this role you will be a member of an EMEA support team providing support in both English and French. The position is located in the Malmö/Lund area in the southern parts of Sweden.


Requirements
- French fluency, both in speech and writing.
- English fluency, both in speech and writing.
- Good knowledge in computers, computer peripherals and networks.


Desirable
- Prior experience in areas such as Windows XP/Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, printers, peripherals, desktop and laptop computers.
- Knowledge and experience of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Active Directory (AD).
-Prior experience in customer service or working with ticket/case handling systems.
- Additional language skills can be meritorious.
