French/Spanish/Italian Payroll Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

- Assist in processing monthly payroll to ADP for region
- Process pay of all new hires to business ensuring that correct process is followed to guarantee accurate administration of salary and all other related payroll requirements
- Process all pay increases in association with annual pay review cycle and adhoc moves/promotions and calculate back pays
- Administer and maintain leave, sickness and overtime records as appropriate
- Assist in month end consolidation and undertake reporting both internal and statutory reporting
- Create/run/edit internal management reports from ADP software
- Ensure proper employee contribution deductions are in place in ADP through Workday for medical, dental insurance, Pension, flex spending, and transit
- Respond and research any issues regarding payroll
- File any payroll information and update and maintain payroll records
- Assist with any audits from our internal and external auditors
- Process employment verifications
- Keep abreast of account, taxation and labor laws across respective geographies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor equivalent preferable
- Accounting degree or economic study advantageous
- Business level English mandatory
- Business level Italian, Spanish or French mandatory
- Other relevant languages would be an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll administration
- Previous experience in a multinational environment including coordinating the efforts of and liaising with team members in other countries required
- Ability to run a payroll using ADP Payexpert from start to finish - ADP Ez-Labor / ADP Payroll Software
- Knowledge of local wage and hour laws
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
- Experience with and a high level of comfort with technology & financial software tools is required.
