Job description:
You work in the Volvo Technical Support Team, where you act as the first point of contact for customers with technical queries.

Your task is to understand the customer's questions and needs in their native language, and operate as an external and internal communication element. You will assist the technical support engineers by collecting, registering and conveying essential information required for solving the problem. You will also update the customers on the status of their case. You will also have some admin tasks.


Profile:
- A1 or University degree, or equivalent in experience
- Good knowledge of English + Swedish in combination with 2 other European languages (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Hungarian, Russian, Polish)
- Customer-oriented with good spoken and written communication skills
- Technical interest is an asset
- Willing to work in a shift system (6-14u, 8-16u, 11-19u en 14-22u)

Our client is a well-reputed multinational (Volvo Parts Gent) in the automotive industry, with an international contact support centre, based in Gent-Oostakker, Belgium. The contact support centre delivers aftermarket solutions for trucks, busses and Penta around the globe.

Working hours:
6-14u, 8-16u, 11-19u en 14-22u
