We at Growth team work with our entire subscription revenue product suite end-to-end by building the front-end and back-end services and systems. Our goal is to ensure that our current profitable and rapidly growing subscriptions business runs flawlessly,while empowering the org to execute on future product road maps. Our team also has a deep knowledge of Play & App store APIs and have been featured speakers at Google's subscription partner days and Google Playtime where we have detailed ways to grow and retain paying subscribers.
As a full stack Developer within the Growth team you will be responsible for enabling and performing highly efficient application development cross-platform. You will work on different Growth features on iOS, Android, Web and/or Backend. The Growth team is product and business-oriented, you will have support from experts in each domain from BE developers, to Android & iOS developers, UX designer, QA Engineer, Data analyst, and Product Owners.
You will work on different aspects of the product such as our Subscription revenue product suite, User Growth and engagement features. Along with other developers you will be deeply involved in the whole cycle of product development, from idea generation to delivery and analysis.
This year we plan to grow in new markets, so this role will also involve adding new features specific to those markets to achieve a better product market fit.
What we expect from you:
5-10 years overall development experience with at least 1 specific platform
Advanced knowledge of at least 1 programming language (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Scala, React…)
Experience of agile development
Fluent English skills, oral and written

What will you work on?
Own cross-platform and end-to-end implementation of part of user growth features
Get up to date on current TC development stack for all supported platforms and rapidly deliver qualitative code
Participate to in-app products and subscriptions infrastructure improvement, including billing, RTDN support, conversion and retention optimisations based on data and App Store releases
Work on web SEO and new payment gateway integration
Realize product requirements into simple, efficient and maintainable code.
Pushing code and writing test cases
Working with QAs to ensure stability of the product
Getting involved in code reviews of your peers
Work with other BUs when needed and implement cross BU
