The role 👧🚀

We manage a large number of financial transactions between freelancers and their clients. This presents a lot of interesting challenges across accounting, cash application and collection, as well as integrations with banks and other parties in the financial ecosystem.

We are now looking for a Fullstack Developer located in Sweden to join us at Willa. You'll join one of our self-managed teams where you plan the development process together with focus in different areas e.g. finance/transactions, risk modeling or user acquisition. Primarily, you’d be writing maintainable, efficient, and test-driven code in TypeScript/Node.js, in areas of your interests and strengths, throughout the whole chain of development. Together with your team, you’re involved in everything from technical definition to deployment, always in close collaboration with UX and design. Who are you? 🙋

- You have at least 3 years of software engineering experience as a fullstack-developer with emphasis on backend development in large, complex systems.
- Experience in TypeScript and Node.js,
- Experience of relational databases (SQL),
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform, GCP,
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English,
- You thrive in a remote-only environment.


Nice to have 🌟

- Experience in Flutter and/or Firebase,
- Experience in React and Next.js.
