Function tester with C, C++ and Java competence

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry. Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas. We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden. To be an active contributing member of the function test team, this person needs to be highly self going. We need a pragmatic trouble-shooting mindset and a generalist. The testing is done both manually and automatically. The manual testing requires imagination, creativity and accuracy for provocing the SW to behave improperly. The automatic testing requires skills in tools development and maintenance. The environment needed for tools development is C, C++, Java. Both for embedded and Windows. apart from test execution, the position involves interantional communication and cooperation, test specification and implementation. For our customer we are looking for a function tester with C, C++ and Java competence Relevant background is a technical degree in computer science or a MS in Computer Science with a few years of relevant experience. No interest in a newly graduate. Previous experience of testing as well as tools development is beneficial.
