Functional Safety Engineer

Competence is Important
We see that you have at least two years documented experience from the functional safety area.
Implementation of safety standard ISO 26262.
Hands on experience from embedded software development is a plus
Experience from development of autonomous drive, driver assistance systems or electromobility is meritorious
University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or other relevant technical field of study
Excellent in English, spoken and written

Your work as a consultant may include, but are not limited to, functional safety management, safety analysis, software and hardware development, creation of functional safety work products, systems engineering, development of functional safety trainings, safety verification and validation as well as support to other engineers.
Personality is Key
You share our passion for functional safety and security! You have a high integrity and excellent communication skills. You are a reliable team player, comfortable taking the lead when needed. You are used to be part of development projects; you enjoy collaboration with different stakeholders as well as the freedom and responsibility to act independently.
You will need excellent ability to read and understand industry standards and technical documentation in order to assess different technical solutions as well as prepare and present technical reports. You have a strong customer focus and work in a structured way to deliver upon expectations!
