Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Function/SW developer & Scrum Master to join our dynamic team:
What You Will Work On:
Lead the development efforts in vehicle motion state estimation, focusing on velocity, acceleration, and mass estimation, as well as roll warning and tire pressure loss detection.
Manage the complete development chain, including requirement handling, implementation (primarily in Matlab/Simulink), and verification through V1-V3 stages and truck tests.
Collaborate closely with the technical team and support organization to ensure seamless integration and effective collaboration.

What You Bring:
Technical Expertise: At least 8 years of experience, preferably within the automotive industry, specializing in state estimations and/or vehicle dynamics.
Scrum Mastery: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.).
Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and social skills essential for effective collaboration and leadership.
Team Player Mentality: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growing environment, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
