Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2021 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for
1 year connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world!

This position is located in Lund.


What you will do:
You will become part of the Tetra Pak Maintenance Systems team that is responsible for the filling line Global Maintenance Recommendations.
You will work with:
· The development of maintenance task creation deciding upon the optimum maintenance tactical mix securing equipment mechanical performance and acceptable maintenance cost.
· Lead the maintenance recommendation strategy in collaboration with the Maintenance Analytic Specialist on our filling line equipment with emphasis on RCM.
· Lead in securing that feedback from internal and external users of our maintenance system is evaluated and analysed in collaboration with the Maintenance Analytic Specialist and used to update the maintenance recommendations
· Participate in supporting the design and development organisation in their work with Design for the Service business through the submission and follow-up of requirements.
· Participates by supporting and delivering to the relevant initiatives/projects within maintenance services and platforms.
· Participate in defining and improving the area of maintenance development to secure our maintenance is fit for the future of digitalization in collaboration with the Maintenance Analytic Specialist.

· You have (or will have) a completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (finished no later than 2020-2021)
· You possibly have experience or knowledge in product development and reliability analysis.
· You are fluent in English, written and spoken
· You are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during internal rotations
· Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
