Game Concept Writer

We need a creative Game Concept Writer like you to reveal the future with our Product team.

Game creation at Play’n Go is teamwork. Collaboration, communication and cooperation are essential in our multi-cultural world even if writing is a solitary endeavour most of the time. Excellent English is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create themes and story concepts to be used for slot games. Create concepts from scratch, Put unique twists on existing themes.
- Translate your game ideas into tag lines or a short concept paragraphs for marketing campaigns.
- Communicate your ideas in written form, by summarising the concept and creating a narrative flow.
- Collaborate with the game designers to 'spruce up' in-game texts and write voice-over scripts for the games.


Key Qualifications:

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, building consensus in the team for your ideas.
- Strong, proven experience in concept/story writing.
- Good communication skills both in terms of documentation (writing technical documents, creating mock-ups), and in self-expression (articulate, able to present ideas to varying audiences).
- Good time management skills, able to plan work schedules and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Casino & video slots games.
- English, written and spoken


Preferences:

- Experience working in the gaming industry (igaming, social, etc)
- Experience in a multi-cultural work environment
