You will act as an independent function in Tobii Tech support. You will have the opportunity to influence future high technology products both within hardware and software. As manufacturers like Lenovo, HTC, Dell, Acer and integrate our technology and software into their devices since their customers become our users. This, of course requires excellent customer service!This is a supportive and technical role in which you will be working closely with both Tobii’s and our partners end users. Your role as a Junior Technical Support Engineer requires you to think beyond a standard reactive support role, instead you will need the ability to find ways to reach our and educate our end users to help them before they even have questions. Your days will be filled withEnd user support through chat, e-mail, discord and other communities.Technical problems to solve; reporting of problems and potential risks.Testing and evaluating software, games and hardware. Developing content to guide end users through text, videos and tutorials and pursue proactive support initiativesHandle demo devices, testing and exploring new high-tech productsAre you our next Tobiian?To be successful in this role you need to like new technology, PC-Gaming and be comfortable with problem solving on both a theoretical and on a hands-on level.We are looking for someone whoHas experience, or a genuine interest, working with Customer Experience.Loves gaming and high technology products.Has excellent English skills, both written and verbal.Is experienced in Windows OS (Android, Linux & Mac is a plus).Submit your resume through at career@tobii.com as soon as possible, don't wait!
