As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new employees to join our driven and open-minded team in Stockholm.
As a collection agent you will handle outbound and inbound phone calls from customers who have missed one or more payments. Our mission is to find a solution together with the customer. You will work in a team of ambitious and solution oriented people.
To succeed in this role you are efficient, social and ambitious. You always go the extra mile and you like new challenges. You should be a native speaker of German. It?s a plus if you have previous experience from customer service or call centers or speak additional languages.
