German customer service representative

We are looking for a new German speaking representative for our customer service team. In order to reach out growth objectives, as well as to meet our customer?s demand on a professional level, we need to hire further personnel.

We are looking for a positive, efficient and goal-oriented individual with a passion for customer service. In this role you will need to work quickly and accurately, be structured and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.

Your must communicate very well in German, meaning that you should have a strong written and spoken command of the language. For the internal company communication, you should additionally to that speak English and/or Swedish well. Your main area of responsibility is attending to our customers by Email and phone. Additional administrative work may be involved.

You will be working in a team of international customer service representatives. The position is part-time/full-time, starting at the soonest possible date.
