For our customer we are now looking for a German Customer Success Agent.

Anyfin is a thriving start based in Sweden, where it makes it easy to save money on installments and credit cards. Putting an end to expensive financial products and catching generations tired of traditional banking.

Anyfin is a small but fast-changing team with 80 employees who are specialized in design, programming, artificial intelligence, customer success and credit guarantees.

Your role:

In your role as a Customer Sucess Agent you are going to work with tasks such as translations, improving processes and find the best way to grow the business in Germany. You are going to analyzing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers. A lot of communication will take place with customers by email, phone, chat and social media.

Main tasks and responsibilities

- Communication at Germany will take place with customers by email, chat and phone
- Analyzing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers
- Translations, improving processes and find the best way to grow the business in Germany


Start: August/ September

Extent: Full time

Working hours: Different times according to schedule each week (40 hours). The times are scheduled between 08:00 am- 08:00 pm.

Location: Central in Stockholm

Your qualifications

As a person you speak fluent German and English, it is an advantage if you speak swedish also. We are happy to see that you have worked in service before. It is an advantage if you have previous experience of customer service but no requirement. As a person you are willing to take initiative and learn all the time. You are self-motivated, fearless and have a great desire to contribute to the team and spread a positive atmosphere around you.
