We are now hiring a German speaking Customer Service Agent to our headquarters in Vikmanshyttan

What you do

As our Customer Service Agent, you manage large amounts of incoming communication through our different channels, for example phone, web portal and email. You support case handling via defined channels and processes and sometimes do basic technical support. Furthermore, you occasionally perform service administration including billing, spare parts orders, and price-list updates. You ensure support cases are handled in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements, defined KPI´s and company policies.

Who you are

You have great service skills and a never ending will to help others. You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. You are self-driven and action oriented. It is essential that you are accurate and have attention to detail.

Your skills

You have experience of working in a contact center within applicable area of technology or function. Good computer skills including CRM systems. Fluent in English and German are mandatory.
