On behalf of our client we are now looking for German speaking customer advisors to start on a projects for a global communications company. The company assists global brands with their customer and technical support, advising and helping customers, providing the best possible service and solutions to the clients' needs. You will receive a thorough training from the company, and will be joining their German speaking team. Of course, you will have colleagues from all over the world, as the company has people from over 35 different backgrounds working for them!





The ideal candidate   

       

Native level of German and a good level of English

Has an EU citizenship

Is service oriented

Has an organised work approach 

A critical thinker with an eye for detail






The employer offers

Training and onboarding based in Portugal

Annual salary of about 16240€ based on experience (salaries are paid out 14 times per year)

5% annual bonus

Monthly meal - and transportation allowance

Relocation package consisting of 1400€ to be used towards a relocation service company which will help you getting accommodation
