Since 2006, Hövding Sverige AB has grown from being two people with a good idea, to becoming a listed company that can handle everything from development and product manufacturing, to marketing and sales. Today, they are 37 employees with different skills.

Hövding Sverige AB is now looking for two customer service agents who are responsible for supporting the German market!

Arbetsuppgifter:

Today, seven people work in customer service, all of whom have different specific areas of responsibility and specialist, of which yours is to support the German market. Together, everyone in customer service is responsible for handling customer matters, which is the main task. Customer issues vary in nature, it can be anything from questions about the physical product and application to warranty matters and complaints. The cases are handled both via the CRM system, chat and telephone. In the longer term, you have the opportunity to take greater ownership of case management from start to finish. You are expected to take on, familiarize yourself with and help with the technical issues that concern both the physical product and the app.

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

• Completed high school
• Experience of working with customer service / support
• Technical understanding or interest
• You express yourself fluently in speech and writing in German and in Swedish or English
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Experience of working with CRM systems is an advantage
