One of our clients within Med Tech is now looking for a service minded and solution-oriented customer support agent to join their team! Our client has grown quickly, and they are now aiming at establishing presence with new exciting products in several markets. To get there they are now looking for more talented and driven co-workers. The office is located in the center of Gothenburg. This position is a recruitment that Sigma IT Tech is responsible for but you will get hired directly by our client.  


About our client 

Our client offer a market leading solution within the Med tech field and serve a global market with about 80 employees. The product simplifies life for people and as a member of the support team, you get the opportunity to help people and contribute to a positive customer experience.  



In this position you will
 
* Handle incoming tickets, e-mails and phone calls 

* Handle complaint issues from customers

* Register, administrate and follow-up requests 

 * Support your colleagues and the international sales team  

 
We are looking for a service minded person with a genuine interest in helping people. You´re eager to interact, both internally and externally, in a positive manner. You are analytical and pedagogically oriented and like working in a dynamic and global enviroment.
 

Requirements 

* You speak German and/or French and/or Dutch fluently as well as English 

* You have experience from customer support, experience from technical support is beneficial 

* You have a technical interest  

* If you also speak Swedish fluently that is a merit  

* You have an academic degree in a relevant field
