Global Adviser Consultant - Swedish

Location: Ireland / Galway Salary: 23000Euro/year + Bonus + Benefits etc.Start Date: A.S.A.P.Ref.#: ESF/GC/SW/AMS We are looking for Support Consultants with financial knowledge.This is an exciting and challenging role involving communication with Customers and Partners, to provide support for our business software. As a Global Support Consultant your responsibilities will involve providing a variety of services and support for our new innovative solution.In a support capacity, you will be responsible for trouble-shooting and evaluating incoming complex problems.This will involve liaising with Development and highlighting to them issues (e.g.bugs/functionality) that need further improvements.You will also be responsible for the tools used to solve customer issues, which are supplied to resellers and hotline personnel.We take a team-based approach, aided by knowledge databases and problem emulation. Qualifications: Accountancy/Book-keeping experience. Good understanding of a business processes at small or medium business, from a financial perspective Good understanding of IT - SQL knowledge is preferable Problem Analysis and problem resolution abilities.End User knowledge of a business software solution Fluent in Swedish and English.
