In this role you will serve as a dedicated global SeenThis ambassador and strategic lead for the six major agency holding groups and their agencies. You will work closely with the four SeenThis commercial units (Expansion & Key Accounts, Global Vendor/Publisher Partnerships, Regional VP’s and Local MD’s Sales Teams) in order to leverage commercial, strategic and cultural growth. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.


Commercial Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining regular engagement, awareness and providing strategic support for key stakeholders across the C-Suite and global business unit lead level
Identify and collaborate to secure large pipeline revenue and key account partnership opportunities in major markets using global influence and directives
Lead annual negotiations and operationalization of global agency partnership agreements
Tailor partnership models to each agency's requirements and growth potential (sponsorships, strategic services, agency OS integration, whitelabeling of tech/products, etc).
Support and monitor local agency agreements, leverage success and best practice for global growth across agency groups
Conduct in-depth QBR's with the key stakeholders across global investment, partnership, key account and platform trading teams to drive adoption of SeenThis’ solutions and elevate overall visibility
Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets



Strategic Responsibilities:
Develop strategic collaboration workstreams with agencies, ie. support and promote their ESG initiatives and development of their in-house carbon calculators
Ensure SeenThis is actively engaged in key agency education opportunities, innovation initiatives and industry events
Drive and own agency education and advocacy of adaptive streaming and the significant benefits for the environment, industry and user experience
Establish SeenThis as expert consultants educating agencies about sustainable advertising
Support and work together to define a universal standard of carbon emission measurement in digital advertising


Internal support & business elevation:
Regularly update agencies and SeenThis internal teams with a clear state of agency business, supported with intelligence based solutions to any challenges and opportunities
Collaborate closely with the key accounts team and local sales teams to ensure SeenThis are engaging with key stakeholders and unlocking business opportunities
Drive collaboration and synergies between the agencies and SeenThis by aligning stakeholders in both organisations (engineering, creative studio, client services, marketing, research) for consistent knowledge sharing, education and deep engagement


Required qualifications:
10+ years minimum of significant proven successful experience in global commercial roles
Proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of long-term strategic global partnerships
Strong relationships with senior global key stakeholders across the big six agency holding groups and their agencies
Deep understanding and success navigating complex agency matrixes from global, regional and local perspectives
Significant experience working with global advertisers directly and collaborating with agencies to secure joint business plans
Understanding of the agency landscape and the opportunities and challenges it faces
Experience in high-growth digital start up businesses, scaling core propositions across multiple territories, verticals and organisations



Additional requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Relationships with global industry bodies such as the IAB, IAA and others
Based in the Stockholm headquarter office
Flexibility to travel abroad regularly based on business needs
Desire to change mindsets and start conversations on the sustainability of digital media delivery
