As the Global ASO Strategist at Lifesum, you will lead our App Store and Play Store optimization for the Lifesum property across 20+ markets. Raising the bar on performance, your contributions will directly impact volumes of installs and quality of engagement. You will create frameworks and processes that enhance the productivity of our storefronts globally, making sure that they are resonant with our audiences everywhere.

Responsibilities and what you will do :

As the Global ASO Strategist, your daily responsibilities will include:

Research and analyze:

- Identify growth opportunities by leveraging insights from competitive ASO research.
- Set up systems for monitoring and reporting on ASO campaign performance, and the impact on user acquisition.
- Conduct competitive analysis, staying up-to-date on competitors, new and existing, and any changes to the App/Play stores that could affect rankings or search results.



Define strategy:

- Present your proposed strategies to drive traffic and increase the volume and quality of installs through ASO.


Execute with speed and quality:

- Craft effective ASO campaigns across global markets
- Create briefs for the creative teams and coordinate with them on the delivery of assets.
- Collaborate with the product, product marketing, localization, marketing, and analytics teams to drive quantifiable results.



Test and Optimise:

- Build a framework for systematic CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) for ASO across markets
- Creating a year-long test/update plan, including conceptualization, geographical expansion, and optimizations by market
- Apply analytical and statistical methods to determine the efficacy of ASO strategies, monitoring results to statistical significance
- Test new ASO practices and report on hypotheses to increase conversion rates and installs.



Are you the one we're looking for?

We would love it if you have:

- 3 years proven ASO experience as ASO Manager (either with a leading B2C App) or as ASO Consultant (with an Agency having worked for multiple Clients on ASO)
- Previously created, planned, and implemented App Store Optimization strategies to achieve app user base growth in multiple markets
- Extensive understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play store developer platforms, key ASO metrics, and mobile marketing
- Great ASO project management skills
- Understand the use and value of upper funnel and lower funnel metrics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Native US/UK English, German, Italian or French speaker a plus
- Enjoys and thrives collaborating with multiple teams


If you have 2+ years of experience working with Apple Search Ads or as CRO Manager it would also be nice!
