Global Business Process Specialist

Join our team
Supply Chain is a dynamic and fast developing area in the modern world, so is Epiroc. Our team mission is to create a competitive advantage for Epiroc through world-class supply chain processes and standards. As a part of this mission we play a key role in the MORE program implementation.

MORE is a business transformation program generating value by implementing a common ERP system, M3, in all Epiroc companies. MORE will also deliver enhanced system support to some of our key business processes reducing manual work and helping us to serve our customers better. The use of modern technology including mobile solutions is part of our digitalization strategy and is key to remain as market leader.

Your mission
In this position you will support the MORE program with your expertise to define the Epiroc to-be processes and solutions within Supply Chain Management. You will contribute to the development and successful implementation of global ERP templates. The role also includes long-term ownership and continuous improvement of those processes.

Your mission is to secure implementation of continuous improvements and best practices within the supply chain area. This is a multinational position in which you will travel a lot globally.

Your profile
We see that you have a university degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. You also need some years’ experience in Supply Chain management (such as planning, warehousing, transportation and/or order management). You must have ERP experience, preferably M3, as well as expert level knowledge of supply chain ERP systems. It is beneficial if you also have experience in ERP roll out, programming skills and/or Warehouse management systems and transport management.

You are a curious and flexible person, driven by a fast-paced environment with an innovative and problem-solving attitude. You are structured and have experience in working independently towards strict deadlines. Further, you are a service-oriented team player with great communication skills and a solid intercultural sensitivity and adaptability - to successfully work with different countries and align different interests in an efficient way!

For this role you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of other languages.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Extensive global travel will be required of this role.
