Job Summary
Plant Automation & Centre of Expertise, Capability Organization within PS&E Automation & Solutions are responsible to develop and drive the Plant Automation capability development for our Regions, Project Centre’s & Business Units. Our role is to proactively support our automation organization worldwide to deliver plant automation solutions to customers more efficiently, with world class capabilities and quality.
You now have a chance to be a member of the team as Global Capability Expert and drive capability build – up initiatives with a global perspective in the automation & digital area.
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund (Sweden), but other Tetra Pak locations could be considered. Some travel, approx. 10% is expected to support our global organisation.
What you will do
As our Global Capability Expert in Automation & Digital you will be part of a team with global experts that focus on Automation & Capability Build-Up across Tetra Pak.
In this senior role you have the possibility to combine your coaching, strategic and people management skills. You will also learn more about the full value chain in automation from an idea to customer deliveries and how to prepare our global organization for world-class automation deliveries.

You will focus on
Drive our Strategic Workforce Planning in the Automation & Digital area across the company
Drive and participate in our work approach and future set-up with System Integrators & Partners together with our Flexzone Hubs in the area of automation & digital
Drive the implementation of World Class Management (WCM) methodology in the Automation & Digital area across the company to improve quality, efficiency & productivity in our project deliveries worldwide
Drive & own the Career Path & Learning Program content for Automation in PS&E
You will be working closely with Project Centres, Automation & Digital regional teams, Business Streams, Development & Technology and our Services organisations

We believe you have
We believe that you are a proven expert with a coaching & strategic mindset, good people & organizational understanding and keen to drive capability build-up within the automation area in a global context.
You have strong people management skills and a drive to co-operate with others to drive for results. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you and you like to succeed together with the team. Probably you have a background within the automation & digital area with a university degree in automation/IT.
As person you are eager to coach, support and help to build our current and future automation organisation, more efficient and with consistent quality in a global view. We value a strong and proven informal authority as well as a natural seniority. You keep yourself hyperaware of the external environment and new effective and efficient ways of working.
To be successful in this position you have minimum 5 years of experience from the automation and digital area. You also have recognised skills from working with people & organisations, preferable on a global arena.
You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in written language. Other languages are considered as a merit.
