Bluefish Pharmaceuticals
Bluefish is a Swedish pharmaceutical company founded in 2005 and has since the beginning had a strong international expansion. The company focuses exclusively on the development, manufacture and sales of generic pharmaceuticals. Bluefish has its main sales within twelve EU countries and is expanding the footprint with in EU, Bluefish has open an office in Ireland in 2018. The product portfolio consists of 70 products and is constantly growing. Bluefish has developed the platform and know-how to participate in and to be an integral part of all major steps of the value chain in the offering of generic pharmaceuticals. With the vision of offering quality pharmaceuticals at prices affordable to all, the company has to remain innovative and at the same time cost-efficient in all stages. This includes operational excellence in every department.
We are looking for a driven and analytical CFO with a business-oriented mindset. As CFO, you will participate in key decisions, assist in formulating the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives. You will also manage the finance team of eight employees and contribute to the accomplishment of the team objectives. To be successful, we think that experience of an IPO is necessary.
As CFO
You will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk Management operations of the company, including the development of a financial and operational strategy metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
You will become part of the management team and report to the CEO and the position is situated in Stockholm. You will also be presenting results and figures to the board.
Planning
• Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
• Develop financial and tax strategies
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
• Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
Who are you?
You are a “doer” with result-oriented and practical thinking person with strong academic background. You have experience as a CFO with good knowledge of systems, processes and procedures related to finance. You have a broad financial background with strong comprehension of IFRS and Swedish accounting principles as well as significant experience of international fundraising. The role includes monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans, the development of financial- and tax strategies as well as management of the capital requests and budgeting processes.

Communicative, business oriented and experienced leader. You have strategic thinking and great problem-solving skills. You are analytical, structured and pay attention to details. As you will be responsible for engaging and motivating employees, it is crucial that you are self-confident in internal and external interactions, create good relationships and are a strong team player.
