Global Chief Accountant

Seavus Group is looking for a Global Chief Accountant Placed in Skopje in Macedonia after an introduction in Malmö in Sweden.Seavus Group is expanding rapidly and therefore urgently need a professional accountant to grow with us.We are growing yearly with a pace of 100 %, and at the moment we are 300+ employees in 7 countries.Our corporate language is English.Seavus intends to have one central administration and finance department serving all companies.All processes will be common for all companies. As Chief Accountant You will develop proper processes, implement them and educate your colleagues.Your first task will be to participate in implementing an ERP system and from there be responsible for its maintenance and development. Further, You will be direct responsible for; * organizing daily accounting issues * statutory closing and reporting in all companies * all tax questions related to accounting * operational accounting and reporting * consolidation * maintenance of common code plan(s) * ERP system and all its sub ledgers * centralizing all finance processes to one central location * developing and maintaining an Accounting Manual for the Seavus Group * education and information in accounting matters * creating a network of external accountants in different countries * creating a network with auditors * always finding new, more efficient, ways to perform accounting in You will further support management with; * payroll issues * treasury issues * controlling issues * legal matters * taxation matters * safety & security including insurances * secretary in different committees ....and in other relevant areas. You will report to the Business Unit Manager for Corporate Services.You will join a young, enthusiastic and very professional company which is growing rapidly in an international environment.Your contribution will be visible and important for the future growth.We therefore believe that You are a young professional who wants to take on a real challenge.Today You are maybe working as an auditor and wants to become more operational, or You have already worked some years in an international company.You are an expert in IFRS, IAS and maybe in some local GAP's, and You are a professional user of an international ERP system as well.
