As Global Cybersecurity Manager you will play a key role in shaping the Cyber Security culture within Grid Integration. You will be part of a highly competent team and have the chance to improve and develop strategies, mind-set and processes connected to Cybersecurity. Your responsibilities
Improve and develop the strategy for Cybersecurity
Share your knowledge and advice on key business decisions to Grid Integrations leadership team
Give timely notifications of Cybersecurity incidents and drive preventive and corrective actions
Collaborate with your colleagues to drive behavioral change and build an exemplary cybersecurity culture throughout Grid Integration
Make sure that your area of responsibility is appropriately organized, skilled, and directed
Plan and drive Cybersecurity related projects and manage project resources such as manpower, financials, and other relevant factors
Develop and report on project objectives

Your background
Proven experience in Cybersecurity
As a person you are engaged, customer-focused and can translate strategies to meaningful work
You are well organized and have good communications and leadership skills
You hold a university degree in computer science or other relevant technical areas
Proficient in English since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world
