Job Summary

Work cross-organizational and have the responsibility to create and propose the Demand Plan for Business Area Networks S&OP. Collaborate with Market Areas and Business Area to prepare proposals and scenarios for business decisions on tactical and strategic levels to optimize customer deliveries, optimize inventory and minimize risk for excess/scrap.
Being a driver for improvement work and innovation on ways of working, processes and collaborations with internal and external parties. We are on a journey to digitalize and utilize machine learning in our ways of operating, so interest and competence in that area is a plus!
We are looking for a constructive and solution-oriented person to join this excellent team of planners! You will have a big opportunity to influence both processes and company decisions

Build & Communicate Supply Chain Plans
Provide Capability & Consequence scenarios
Leading & Facilitating the S&OP Process



Position Qualifications

University degree in Engineering / Business or equal work experience.
Statistical knowledge
Planning experience is a merit, but not a requirement
Experience from logistics and/or production is an advantage
Experience from supply and global logistics
Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge


Additional Requirements

Experience in cost analysis and sourcing is desired.
