We are now looking for an experienced Global Digital Marketing & Development Manager to join the global marketing communications team to effectively develop our global digital marketing and drive execution in close collaboration with the global and local marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing communications working within B2B in a global function. The purpose of the role is to drive the development of our global digital marketing and support Global Marketing Communications Managers in optimizing the digital touch points in key product launches and campaigns.

The role will be instrumental in growing the digital maturity and capabilities in global and local marketing functions. S/he will lead the development of the digital marketing tool kit and best practices globally supporting regional and local market roll-out and execution. The candidate will be responsible for defining campaign goals, execution, optimization and performance of digital marketing programs in order to maximize ROI of digital channels.

The role should champion data-driven decisions and insights, making recommendations to the global marketing and local teams in order to extend reach of the Mölnlycke Health Care brand, drive customer acquisition, increase customer retention and loyalty.

The candidate will have an eye for details but will not compromise on commitments and project deliverables. The ideal person for the role will work well in a global environment with many various stakeholders and be experienced in communicating the value of digital marketing initiatives to Senior management.

This position will report to the Global Digital Operations Manager within the Global Marketing Communications department. The position is full-time and based in Gothenburg.

Your key accountabilities

- Be responsible for the development and execution of the global digital marketing
- Develop of the digital marketing tool kit and sharing of best practices to support global marketing and local markets
- Work in close cooperation with marketing communications team to successfully launch multichannel campaigns and to measure, analyse results and recommend necessary actions to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts within the digital team to ensure the development of digital standards and processes
- Support Global Marketing Communications Managers with agency contacts in development of digital campaigns.
- Team worker that is self-going

Your qualifications

- University degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- Min 5-10 years’ of experience in driving digital marketing and multi-channel campaigns (PPC, display, mobile, email, etc.) working within an international company

- Experience building digital marketing programs with focus on customer acquisition and retention with aim to maximize ROI of digital channels
- Experience implementing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, display, mobile etc.), email marketing and search marketing
- Experience in tracking KPIs, analysing performance metrics in the context of campaign objectives and across multiple distribution channels

- Understanding of negotiating contracts with digital agency suppliers and vendors
- Experience of working with communication, digital and media agencies
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Additional experience from an agency or within life sciences industry is a plus
