We're now looking for an addition to our Global Digital Marketing team. We are famous for our innovative digital marketing and always strive to be in the forefront in everything we do. This is where you come in. We want you to help us become more innovative, smart and effective in our advertising operation, shorten lead times and increase control of our online marketing eco system.
YOUR CHALLENGE
In this role you will join the Global Digital Marketing team located in our Stockholm headquarter office. You will be an important stakeholder in the team by planning and executing advertising campaigns across multiple channels, with focus on paid social media.
You will also be:
Responsible for paid social: strategy, campaign setup, optimization & reporting
Working continuously with testing, optimization, measurement and analysis to constantly improve our digital performance
Working with the whole funnel from impression to purchase
Monitoring selected KPI:s and to identify potential issues or opportunities to improve the performance of the media channels you are responsible for
Building a well-known and liked brand, together with our creative team & advise how to best communicate in the digital channels
Making the best use of machine learning and automation for result and efficiency. Stay up to date with latest technologies in your field of expertise
Working with our CRM team to find new ways of reaching our audience in a data-driven way
Advising and taking ownership for our markets specific strategies and find the best possible way of working with different tactics/channels

WHO YOU ARE
You have experience of paid social marketing and have been working with developing several kick-ass social media plans from start to finish – either on the client or media agency side. We believe that you want to be a big part of our continuous journey to becoming an agile, innovative and data driven digital department. And we will have fun on the way!
We also see that you:
Have minimum 3+ years of working experience in digital marketing from client or agency side
Can handle multiple tasks in a fast and always evolving business
Are self-driven with a thirst for knowledge
Want to work globally
Have experience in tools such as Smartly, Facebook ads manager, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest
Somewhat knowledge of Google analytics & Funnel
Speak and write in excellent English. Swedish is a plus
Know how to have fun!
