Global EHS Manager, Dresser Wayne - Malmö, Sweden ABOUT US Dresser Wayne, (www.DresserWayne.com), the largest business unit of Dresser Inc.(www.dresser.com), is a global leader in the manufacture, service, and supply of fuel dispensers, dispenser control systems, card processing terminals, and point-of-sale systems.Dresser Wayne is ISO14001 certified.ABOUT THE ROLE The Global Environmental Health & Safety Manager will manage the environmental, industrial, health and safety efforts for Dresser Wayne.Job Duties: 1.Serve as the global leader/champion for EHS, lead a team of 2,000+ people to improved EHS performance.Identify, develop and execute the global strategy.2.Work closely with the corporate EHS team to align the corporate and divisional visions/agendas.3.Serve as the subject matter expert for EHS-related product development guidelines.4.Identify, prioritize and drive to completion EHS-related projects.5.Share best practices across Dresser Wayne locations and the other divisions of Dresser.6.Conduct/facilitate audits as required 7.Ensure we meet global and local laws/regulations 8.Deliver the EHS plan in a matrix organization with no direct reports (dotted line only) must be an influence agent.Job Deliverables: 1.Drive greater rates of reporting globally 2.Drive through transparency and preventative action lower global recordable incident rates 3.Improve key EHS KPIs globally such as: a.Landfill avoidance b.Energy Usage c.Renewable Energy 4.Manage all corporate and divisional reporting requirements 5.Deliver, as required, strategy and presentation materials for EHS 6.Drive global EHS standards and processes for Dresser Wayne REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate for this role has 10+ years of EHS management experience in a manufacturing and service industry, preferably the oil and gas sector.Experience, expertise and or abilities will include the following: 1.Developing, Driving and Executing a Global EHS Strategy 2.Driving a Healthy EHS Culture (Inclusive, not Just a Traffic Cop/Proactive vs.Reactive) 3.Delivery of Training and Coaching 4.Conducting/Facilitating Audits 5.Development/Deployment of Environmental and Safety Systems (ISO-14001/OHSAS-18001Certification) 6.Completing/Driving Incident Investigation/Root Cause Analysis 7.Completing/Driving Preventative/Corrective Actions and Continuous Improvement 8.Improving Transparency 9.Improving EHS KPIs 10.Fluent in English and One Other European Language Such as Swedish or German 11.International or Experience Working in US-based Systems/Companies 12.Strong Communicator and Able to Drive a Distributed Global Team Towards a Goal 13.Able to Work in a Global Matrix Organization and to Manage Multiple Agendas 14.Have a Relevant College Degree or Higher 15.Able to Travel Internationally on a Regular Basis/as Needed 16.Based in Malmö, Sweden 17.Experience in a Matrix Organization 18.Experience with Lean/TQM (Quality Systems) Preferred.Apply Online: https://www1.apply2jobs.com/dresser/ProfExt/index.cfm?fuseaction=mExternal.showJob&RID=299&CurrentPage=1
