Global Expert Advisor to Tetra Pak

Main responsibilities As a Global Expert Advisor in the area of Design for Manufacturing and Design for Serviceability(DfM & DfS) you will work in a central team with global responsibility for Tetra Pak providing methods & tools for their designers globally.In this position your major responsible are to:[ * Be the owner of procedures & checklists related to Design for Manufacturing and Design for Serviceability and develop these * Build and develop network of Super Users * Lead DfM/DfS governance meetings with network of area Super Users * Deliver training, support and coaching in DfM/DfS globally within Tetra Pak * Maintain and continuous develop DfM/DfS competence area[ [The position requires availability to travel about 30-40 days a year and this is something you are willing and interested to do. Qualifications The person we are looking for has at least 5 years experience within engineering design and deep knowledge in manufacturing technique with a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.To be successful in the position we think you should have proven experience in driving change.[ Experience from technical service is nice to have.A good command in English, both written and spoken is required for the position.In the position we can see a strong informal leader with high personal drive and a coaching approach.You are able to use informal authority to drive people and influence at all levels in the organisation.You have good communication skills and teaching abilities, combined with a drive to influence change in the way the organisation works to increase effectiveness.You have a combination of an analytical and practical mindset, a good teamplayer who can take initiatives and drive activities independently.You will need to see the advantages of sharing your knowledge but also listen to the users and Super User and building networks.
