Sandvik AB is looking for Global Finance HR Advisor We are now looking for an HR Advisor who will be part of driving an extensive global change project called First Class Finance.The position gives you excellent opportunities to grow into bigger roles in HR or General Management in the Sandvik Group.The position is based at the Head Office in Sandviken and reports to the Sandvik CFO. Key performance areas The HR Advisor role is a customer driven function focusing on enhancing the organizational performance, developing a competent and committed workforce and building organizational capabilities that directly impact business strategies.You work in close cooperation with the Finance managers in the organization and are a member of the Global Finance Management Team.The prioritized objectives in the role are to ensure that: - We have the right leaders, as defined in "Sandvik Leadership Success Profile" and their performance and development needs are reviewed regularly.- We have identified and developed successors for our defined Finance key positions to ensure future leadership competence and resources.- All Finance managers work actively with ensuring the right competence in the organization.- We prioritize and focus our efforts by working with Performance Management.- We know which internal and external sources to use to find the right people as defined in our job descriptions and we have a documented strategy for how to attract and retain them.In addition to your role in Finance, you will also act as the HR Advisor for some departments in the Holding company. Your profile We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience of strategic HR work focused on change management and organizational development.You are used to coaching senior management in a variety of situations and have capacity to operate and make an impact in a global matrix organization.Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing is a requirement.
