We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Global Graduate Programme Project Lead with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:


We are looking for a Global Graduate Programme Project Lead to join the Leadership Product Team on a temporary basis to help lead and administer the Programmes. You will collaborate closely not only with the leadership team, but also with the other product teams such as Performance and Culture, Diversity & Inclusion.
The position is in our Torslanda headquarters. You will be in charge of the planning and execution of global graduate activities related to: • New graduate marketing, recruitment, and onboarding
• Managing current graduates and stakeholders, as well as communicating with them.
• Module weeks, as well as all program-related activities
• Graduates completing the programme




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
You are driven to complete tasks and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the same time. You are well-organized, but adaptable to unexpected changes. You are an excellent communicator who is at ease setting and reinforcing expectations. You are detail-oriented and a natural planner who is always looking for ways to improve. Finally, you have the ability to motivate others to take action when necessary.
You also have a university degree, are fluent in English, and have previous experience driving/managing global programmes.

All of the aforementioned activities will be carried out in close collaboration with the Global Graduate Programme Manager, who is strategically responsible for the programmes.


Scope: 100%


Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required. It is advantageous if you have good oral and written skills is Swedish.
