We are looking for a Global Logistics Productivity Leader to be responsible for leading a global program focusing on delivering logistics productivity and optimization initiatives. In addition, you will add insight and expertise to our overall logistics Vision, Mission, and Strategic Imperatives.
What you’ll do
Develop and refine standards and processes to harmonize productivity project management in the global logistics function and in coordination with other supply chain functions
Monitor, track and report status of global savings projects including the tracking of committed results, return on investment and other KPIs
Identify, develop and manage projects delivering improvements in productivity, accuracy, service levels and sustainability
Lead, coach and support cross-functional teams to continuously improve the way we identify and execute productivity projects
Support the development of our global logistics strategy with a strong focus on the execution of key projects to meet time, cost and efficiency targets
Work with key stakeholders to generate project ideas and develop a culture of productivity and continuous improvement

Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of global experience in distribution centers, transportation, international trade compliance, financial analysis and project management
Experience in logistics or financial/supply chain modeling & simulation
Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to create and deliver effective business cases
Proven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, solve complex problems, and drive change at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to meet deadline in a fast-paced changing environment
Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25-30% of time
Ability to lead and influence people across different geographies, cultures and levels of the organization
