So what is the role about? 🌟

We're looking for an ambitious marketing executive to join our growing team in a newly formed role to support the execution of our campaigns. This hands-on role will allow you to work alongside industry experts and an experienced marketing team to allow you to grow and develop by managing different initiatives.

Areas of responsibility:

- Supporting the organisation of community building activities and events with invites, landing pages and follow ups
- Support the campaign production process by liaising with subject matter experts, agencies and specialist writers
- Work with media agencies, internal marketing teams and stakeholders
- Manage partner online content, creative briefs and digital assets
- Maintain & update the global website
- Research/assess new channels for campaign distribution
- Support analyst relation activities (arranging analyst calls, follow ups and learnings)
- Analyse and provide in-depth insights across all social media platforms




Your team and manager 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

In this role you’ll be joining our marketing team, reporting to the Global Content Director, Alice, who works in England. Biggest part of the team is based in Gothenburg, while you will have some colleagues in London and in Spain, so you will in that sence have an international team. The team consists of eight dedicated people, and will still be growing during 2022!

Therefor you are self-reliant and is eager to taking own iniative to understand what needs to be done, and do it! :) You will be responsible for the content that is shared in our social medias, and therefor you are excellent in English communication, especially written.
Since you have experience from a similar role, you know that you have to work organised in order to suceed in this position. You take responsibilty for everything you say you will do, and it is being done in time.

You have a minimum 3 years’ of digital marketing experience, specifically within SaaS. You have experience in publishing content on websites using a CMS, and you have solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google analytics, Visual Website optimiser etc). You are more than comfortable in and have in-depth insights on all social media platforms. Since you will write content in English, you are unhindered in English.

Nice to haves:

- Knowledge in Swedish
- Experience of working in a start-up
- HR platform/tool industry experience
