To further strengthen our Digital Marketing Department, we are searching for a Global Media & Digital Activation Director.
Purpose of the Role
Activate and shape go to market plans and translate into effective 360 Media plans, and efficient budget allocation, ensuring a global as well as local approach, focused on awareness, acquisition & retention.
Shape and implement our influencer, paid and PR strategies and key tactics across markets. Spark conversations within our community and make ideas, campaigns and experiences worth talking about and carried by our community of consumers and brand partners.

What will you do?
· Own and drive the paid media strategy, process, budget and performance for all online and offline channels.
· Develop accurate and effective full-funnel campaigns and go to market from conception to trafficking across eg. PR, OOH, display, social media, influencers, etc. as well as defining KPIs. Close collaboration with other functions shaping the overall go to market plan.
· Focus on the combination of social movement techniques and to spark conversation to boost the «shareability» and the viral potential of Oriflame consumer-centric communication.
· Ideation, execution and follow up on ongoing community activation to engage and grow community of consumers and brand partners together with global sales and global brand. Eg co creation, exclusiveness, limitations, tester clubs
· Lead and coordinate collaboration with incubation market to ideate, execute and follow up on innovative initiatives for sales growth.
· Agency management for all performance marketing channels, monitoring targets & KPIs are met, providing regular feedback and ensuring industry best practices are applied.
· Shape and implement influencer global and local strategy and follow up on performance.
· Lead and prioritize, currently one direct report.

· You understand social behaviours within online and offline communities, cultures and subcultures and know how to grow and engage them. You are used to create earned-led, brand experiences that drive results.
· You´re business minded and result driven with long experience in managing larger media budget and deliver on KPIs for business growth
· You have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
· You´re a true team player, with great collaboration skills, you share and involve people and enabling 1+1=3
· You´re curious, in constant learning mode, and keep-up with latest trends in PR and marketing.
· You´re creative, innovative and daring always challenging status quo.

Your background and qualifications
· University degree Bachelor/Master of Business Administration or equivalent.
· +10 years of first-hand experience in leading offline and online advertising, PR, Influencer marketing.
· +10 years experience in managing larger paid media budgets.
· +10 years people manager.
· Fluent in written and spoken English.
