Global Mobility Specialist

Storytel is Northern Europe's largest audiobook streaming service and we’re now looking for a global mobility specialist to join the team! About the Team

As the Global mobility specialist you will be part of Storytels People Team. The purpose of our team is to deliver an excellent experience to both candidates and employees, making sure they have the support, tools and community to fuel their personal and professional growth. You will be an important part of delivering on that purpose and in making Storytel a great place to work.

About the Role

As our Global mobility specialist you will be part of an exciting journey of shaping our future way of working to enable Storytellers to work from different locations around the world, creating opportunities for new experience and knowledge.

In this role you will take on full responsibility for creating policies and processes to give Storytellers a great relocation experience. You ensure compliance with local labour law and manage opportunities as well as challenges that come with having a global workforce.

You will work with internal stakeholders across Storytel as well as with external advisers and vendors to help in the process.

The role as global mobility specialist is a new role at Storytel and you will have the possibility to shape this role and how we work with mobility questions, both on a strategic level as well as operational.

You are going to be supported by the entire People team, working especially close with our Talent Acquisition team, People Partners and comp & ben specialist.

About You

To be successful in this role we believe that you have 1-3 years of experience from the global mobility field. You have a background within human resources, law or other relevant fields. If you have experience working with tax that is an added value but not a requirement.
