About the position
As a Global Partner Manager you will continue to expand our rapidly growing partner landscape, identifying and qualifying new strategic alliances across all the global regions.
Here you will work closely with partners business managers and support them in landing dealings and over time identify partner opportunities. You will be responsible for further developing and maintaining our global partner program
Solely drive and have ownership in developing the partner structure.
You will have ownership of not only driving partner relationships but everything from ensuring a seamless onboarding and increasing the market awareness through marketing activities.
Your daily activities will include:
- Develop and execute together with sales an overall partner strategy and program
- Identify and qualifying new strategic alliances across all the global regions
- Work closely with all our partners to drive product enhancement,
implementation needs and generate new business
- Educate partners in Holm Security’s offerings and the possibilities we create in the marketplace
To be successful in this role you should have experience with:
- Experience of establishing partner collaborations / partner business and making partners results with their sales
- Commercially driven and has experience of business development and context without clear frameworks and resources
- Relationship building and used to navigating organizations and communicating at C-level
- Adaptive and with great empathic ability to understand the culture and values of other organizations
- Fluent in english
