We are looking for our next People and Leadership Lead! In this position you will work with people management on a global level. Your mission 
As a Global People and Leadership Lead, you will play an important part in the development and implementation of the People Management strategy for the Underground division and at the same time take a role in the continuos development of the Epiroc Leadership Training Portfolio. You will have a lot of freedom to build, create and implement initiatives that will make a difference and impact to our business. Of course, all in collaboration with a fantastic global organization. 
Main responsibilities and tasks:
* Drive divisional people management initiatives in line with the business strategy.
* HR support for selected global divisional functions and as such develop and execute initiatives within people and leadership in order to maximize business performance.
* Lead and coordinate divisional initiatives in collaboration with Customer Centers and Product Companies.
* Course owner for selected programs in the Epiroc Leadership Portfolio, responsible for leading and continously developing courses in collaboration with business and Epiroc University.

In addition, we see initatives forward in the area of organizational efficiency, automation and digitalization. In summary, this role comes with a lot of opportunity to drive impactful people and leadership initatives in the division, in close collaboration with both local and global stakeholders. As a Global People and Leadership Lead you will report to VP Human Resources Underground division.

Your profile
To succeed in this role you must have previous HR experience, gained through 5-7 years of work in operational HR roles. You most likely have a University degree or equivalent experience in HR, Organizational Management or a related field.
You have previous experience of driving common HR initiatives from start to end, preferrably in a global environment. Experience of working within the areas of leadership development and competence development is a clear benefit.
Solid skills in English, both oral and written, is a must. Knowledge in finance and/or business administration is advantegous. 
As an ideal candidate you have a solid interest in leadership and people. You are strategic, self-driven and proactive with a pragmatic approach. You dare to think new and have a proven track record of creating tangible business results through a structured approach. Through your leadership and interpersonal skills, you easily build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.  
Location and travel
The location for this position is flexible but preferable within EMEA/ASIA time zone because major parts of your stakeholders are located there. Occasional international travel will be required.
